Routing Issue / Packet Loss

During a scheduled routine maintenance announced by SwissIX at https://status.swissix.ch/incident/121446, the rerouting to the alternate path, which was part of the preparatory measures for the scheduled maintenance mentioned before, resulted in unexpected packet loss starting 13:36 CEST today. The issue is being tracked at https://status.swissix.ch/incident/124408.

Meanwhile, our engineers have rerouted traffic through other connections of our backbone and connectivity has been fully restored.
