Cloud Control Panel: Operating System Upgrade from 2018-04-26 08:00 CEST to 2018-04-26 21:00 CEST

Due to the joint mitigation efforts to resolve the MTU issue for Cloud Servers in 5.102.147.0/24 earlier today, we need to extend the time frame of our ongoing maintenance work on the cloud control nodes. Thanks to the redundant setup of these nodes no customer impact is expected. Our Cloud Control Panel will remain available during this maintenance work. Virtual servers which are already running will not be affected by this work.

Thanks to the redundant setup no impact is expected. Short periods of reduced performance of our Cloud Control Panel are possible. Virtual servers which are already running are not affected by this work as the compute nodes running these servers and the network infrastructure are not changed.

On Thursday 2018-04-26 we will upgrade the operating system on our cloud control nodes. Thanks to the redundant setup of these nodes no customer impact is expected. The control panel at https://control.cloudscale.ch/ will remain active during this maintenance work. Already running virtual servers will not be affected by this work.
