Updates

Resolved

The upgrade has been completed successfully.

Please note
After the upgrade in our LPG region on Monday, we were made aware that some customers used to include “SSE-S3” headers in their objects API requests, which will now result in an error message. However, while SSE-S3 was and is not supported by our object storage, encryption “at rest” has already been in place for all data in our storage clusters since 2019 (see our blog post).

Scheduled

On Wednesday, 2024-10-16, from 20:00 CEST, we will be performing a software upgrade on our storage hosts. During this maintenance window, we expect periods of degraded performance (latency, throughput) of NVMe SSD volumes, bulk volumes as well as our Object Storage in our RMA (Rümlang) region.
Our LPG (Lupfig) region is not affected by this maintenance.

Expected impact
We expect periods of degraded performance of NVMe SSD volumes, bulk volumes as well as the Object Storage during this maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
