The control plane is fully functional again. We are still closely monitoring its state, but we don’t expect any further issues at this point.
The recovery procedure was completed successfully.

We are starting with the recovery procedure.
The recovery procedure will result in a downtime of the control plane of approximately 10 minutes.
Our engineers were able to further pinpoint the issue while testing the initial recovery procedure in our lab environment. We are now preparing the final recovery procedure and will provide another update before applying it to production.
Our engineers have come up with a recovery procedure and are currently testing it in our lab environment. The performance of our Cloud Control Panel and API is still degraded.

During the scheduled upgrade of a control host, we started experiencing issues with our database cluster in the RMA region.
