On Monday evening, 2023-04-10, we will upgrade the firmware on our data center switches in zone LPG1 (Lupfig) to a new major version. During this maintenance work you may experience short periods of packet loss (we measured around one second of packet loss in our lab) or higher RTTs for connections from and towards the Internet and between virtual servers (even when using the private network interface), as well as short delays for I/O operations to SSD/Bulk volumes and our Object Storage in that specific zone.
